Design philosohy

Branding isn’t decoration. It’s the system that shapes how people understand your business often before they ever meet you. Every brand touchpoint does one of two things: it either builds trust, or creates friction you don’t see until deals stall. That’s why I treat brand foundations as essential investment NOT something you revisit every funding round. When branding is done right, it compounds over time and starts working FOR the company, not against it.

Experience (in a nutshell)

  • 4+ years working with B2B startups

  • Background in marketing (BA)

  • Clients across EU, US & Australia

  • Remote-first, working across time zones

  • Languages: English, Czech, Spanish (working)

Before becoming a designer, I was a professional show jumping rider, which taught me discipline, patience, empathy, and how to perform under pressure. Those skills translate surprisingly well to building brands that need to hold up in the real world.

Outside of work

When I’m not deep in brand strategy or obsessing over pixels, you’ll find me exploring new corners of the world — following the sun, chasing waves, or reaching mountain tops. I live globally, work remotely, travel slowly, and care deeply about the planet.

I believe in simple, intentional living: move your body, nourish it well, and celebrate the little joys. That approach shapes my work: curious, adaptable, and always looking for the smarter, longer-lasting way to do things.

why re:ignite exists

I’ve worked with B2B startups long enough to see the same pattern repeat: the business evolves faster than the brand because there's never enough time to do a rebrand. And suddenly the signals are not just mismatched, they're actively holding the business back.

That’s the credibility gap I focus on closing.

Re:ignite wasn't created to make things “look better.” I started it because too many planet-friendly companies struggle to be taken seriously while louder - less thoughtful competitors - win attention by default.

Re:ignite exists so the companies doing meaningful work can compete, grow, and lead without selling out or greenwashing their way forward.

Good businesses should win. And they should be built to last.

A note on sustainability

Designing with the planet in mind

Designing with the planet in mind

Sustainability doesn’t start in operations or reporting, it starts in design.

Brand strategy is often where long-term decisions get locked in: how you communicate, what you prioritise, how often things need to be replaced, and whether your systems can scale without constant reinvention. Get that wrong, and you’re redesigning every funding round, which is expensive, inefficient, and unsustainable.

At Re:ignite, a planet-friendly approach is a decision-making framework embedded into how brands are structured, built, and scaled.

How I work

Re:ignite projects follow a clear, strategy-first process designed for growing B2B companies.

No fluff. No templates. No endless revisions. Just focused collaboration that moves fast without cutting corners.

Step 01 - listen. Step 02 - challenge assumptions. Step 03 - build a brand that's impossible to ignore.

It’s a strategic partnership designed to turn positioning, identity, and web design into a brand system that scales with your business.

1

Fit check

You reach out. We schedule a quick call (30 minutes, no prep needed). I ask about your business, your struggles, and what's holding your brand back. You’ll get an honest take on whether I’m the right partner — and what working together would actually look like.

Step 1

2

Proposal & Alignement

If we’re a fit, you’ll receive a clear, custom proposal. It outlines scope, timeline, investment, and expected outcomes — tailored to your stage and goals. You’ll know exactly what you’re getting and why it matters.

Step 2

3

Strategy & Positioning

This is where we build the foundation. We clarify who you’re for, what makes you different, and how to explain it without jargon. The result is clear positioning and messaging you can actually use — internally and externally.

Step 3

4

Creative Direction

I translate strategy into a clear creative direction. You’ll see early visual and verbal concepts to align on the feel before we build anything fully. For websites, this includes wireframes focused on clarity, flow, and conversion.

Step 4

5

Design & Build

I design and build the full brand system — identity, website (if included), and key assets. Everything is created to scale and to be used by a lean team. You get two focused revision round to refine, not reinvent.

Step 5

6

Delivery & Handoff

You receive all final files, guidelines, and assets — clearly organized and ready to use. I walk you through how to apply and maintain the brand with confidence. For websites, I handle launch and QA so everything works properly.

Step 6

7

Launch & Support

Your brand goes live — and you can finally share it without hesitation. I stay available for 30 days post-launch for small tweaks or questions. After that, your team is fully equipped to run with it.

Let’s close the credibility gap.
