Design philosohy
Branding isn’t decoration. It’s the system that shapes how people understand your business often before they ever meet you. Every brand touchpoint does one of two things: it either builds trust, or creates friction you don’t see until deals stall. That’s why I treat brand foundations as essential investment NOT something you revisit every funding round. When branding is done right, it compounds over time and starts working FOR the company, not against it.
Experience (in a nutshell)
4+ years working with B2B startups
Background in marketing (BA)
Clients across EU, US & Australia
Remote-first, working across time zones
Languages: English, Czech, Spanish (working)
Before becoming a designer, I was a professional show jumping rider, which taught me discipline, patience, empathy, and how to perform under pressure. Those skills translate surprisingly well to building brands that need to hold up in the real world.
Outside of work
When I’m not deep in brand strategy or obsessing over pixels, you’ll find me exploring new corners of the world — following the sun, chasing waves, or reaching mountain tops. I live globally, work remotely, travel slowly, and care deeply about the planet.
I believe in simple, intentional living: move your body, nourish it well, and celebrate the little joys. That approach shapes my work: curious, adaptable, and always looking for the smarter, longer-lasting way to do things.
why re:ignite exists
I’ve worked with B2B startups long enough to see the same pattern repeat: the business evolves faster than the brand because there's never enough time to do a rebrand. And suddenly the signals are not just mismatched, they're actively holding the business back.
That’s the credibility gap I focus on closing.
Re:ignite wasn't created to make things “look better.” I started it because too many planet-friendly companies struggle to be taken seriously while louder - less thoughtful competitors - win attention by default.
Re:ignite exists so the companies doing meaningful work can compete, grow, and lead without selling out or greenwashing their way forward.
Good businesses should win. And they should be built to last.
A note on sustainability
Sustainability doesn’t start in operations or reporting, it starts in design.
Brand strategy is often where long-term decisions get locked in: how you communicate, what you prioritise, how often things need to be replaced, and whether your systems can scale without constant reinvention. Get that wrong, and you’re redesigning every funding round, which is expensive, inefficient, and unsustainable.
At Re:ignite, a planet-friendly approach is a decision-making framework embedded into how brands are structured, built, and scaled.
I’m committed to progress over perfection, and to building brands that support both growth and responsibility.
process
How I work
Re:ignite projects follow a clear, strategy-first process designed for growing B2B companies.
No fluff. No templates. No endless revisions. Just focused collaboration that moves fast without cutting corners.
Step 01 - listen. Step 02 - challenge assumptions. Step 03 - build a brand that's impossible to ignore.
It’s a strategic partnership — designed to turn positioning, identity, and web design into a brand system that scales with your business.
Let’s close the credibility gap.
If your business has outgrown its brand, it might be time to rethink how you show up.
